Keith is one of the senior veterinary surgeons and clinical director, responsible for the practice's small animal clinical team. Keith is an APHA approved Official Veterinarian for pet travel Animal Health Certification and enjoys helping clients when they are planning to take their pets to Europe.
Originally from North Wales, Keith qualified from Liverpool Vet School in 1992 and moved to Barnsley to join Churchfield Veterinary Centre as a new graduate veterinary surgeon, initially treating farm, equine and small animal species. He soon developed an interest in small animal clinical work and became a partner in the practice in 1996.
Keith has lived and worked in Barnsley for over 30 years. He's been a season ticket holder and keen supporter of Barnsley FC for most of that time enjoying some memorable matches with fellow supporters and clients. He enjoys mountain biking, hill walking/scrambling and loves to get back to the mountains and beaches of North Wales with the caravan for hiking weekends with family and friends, when time permits.
He has a Border Terrier boy, Syd, who remains stubbornly adorable!
